Now don’t get me wrong, people get excited about summer. The long days, hot sun and endless daylight is pretty amazing. But there’s something about Fall that people lose their minds over. Not sure whether it’s the aspect of being cozy all day every day, the insane fall leaves and colours we see or that we go nuts for pumpkins, but people tend to anticipate fall well before summer is even over. I have to admit that I’ve been waiting for Fall for quite some time, and I’m definitely not excluding any Fall treats! Below are 5 things you need to try at Starbucks this Fall if you’re in the mood for a treat!

There’s a little something for everyone on this list – whether you’re a pumpkin fan or not! Here are 5 things you NEED to try at Starbucks this Fall!
1. Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin
Did you know Starbucks actually took this off of their menu for a few years (I know, the HORROR). The Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin is my top recommendation and Fall favourite from Starbucks. Picture a pumpkin muffin filled with cream cheese on the inside! You can try this fall favourite room temperature or warmed!
2. An Apple a Day
This year Starbucks rolled out an Apple Oat Flat White – you absolutely need to give this one a try! This screams FALL and COZY in a cup (without feeling bombarded by pumpkin!)
Looking for something without caffeine? Try their Caramel Apple Spice! This has been a Fall favourite of mine for many years. This warm apple beverage is the perfect companion for Fall adventures!
3. Oat Milk
Starbucks has finally brought oat milk to it’s stores! I personally used to be more of an almond or coconut milk drinker myself, but in 2020 I’ve made the switch to oat milk! Oat milk tastes much creamier and is an excellent alternative to dairy! I recommend substituting oat milk into your drinks this fall! For a small extra charge you can enjoy this added creaminess throughout the season!
Fav Alert: I personally find the blonde espresso so much better than the regular espresso! My go to drink – grande iced latte sub blonde espresso & add oat milk!
4. Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew
While this Starbucks fav of mine isn’t new, it’s definitely a long standing favourite. The cold brew packs a punch and does the trick at waking me right up. The pumpkin flavoured cream is the perfect pairing for Starbuck’s bold cold brew! This one I would definitely enjoy in the morning or before a night shift (it packs a punch that is just a little too much for an afternoon pick-me-up).
5. Just a Hint of Pumpkin
Truthfully, I do love a good ole PSL here and there, but they are super sweet and can be a little bit rich at times. My trick instead is to add 2 pumps of pumpkin syrup to some of my classic go to’s (iced coffee, latte, etc.) Those two pumps of pumpkin just give my drink enough of a Fall flavour, but not at the cost of overloading sweetness. Pair with almond milk for the perfect coffee game-changer!
