As we head into the colder months of the year, a common feeling throughout the holiday season is gratitude. While it’s important to practice gratitude daily, we may be looking to incorporate more moments of feeling grateful throughout this season. 50 Things to Be Grateful For
Here is a list of 50 things to be grateful for. Throughout this post I’ve sprinkled in little facts about gratitude, and why it’s so important to continuously be practicing it.
1. Being You
The chances of everything lining up perfectly so that you could be here – you would have a better chance of winning the lottery. Be grateful that you just have the opportunity to be yourself!
2. Getting to Sleep In
The feeling of going to bed knowing you have nowhere to be the next day is an amazing feeling, and makes for a great sleep!
3. Having a Place to Call Home
Having a place to come home to, decompress and feel safe is so important. Your home is your safe haven where you can be yourself comfortably.
4. Family and Friends
Your support system is everything! Whoever you choose to let into your inner circle and call family and friends is entirely your choice. Having people who love you and want to succeed is a wonderful thing to have.
5. A Warm Beverage
Sometimes taking five and having something warm such as coffee or tea can calm us right down. Think of the feeling of putting your hands around the warm cup!

Think of all of the things technology can do for us! In many ways, technology can simplify our lives! Technology allows us to connect, learn, share information and make our lives more efficient.
Autumn is a season of the soul. There is nothing more beautiful than watching the leaves change, the air turn crisper and the cozy feeling set in. I’m eternally grateful we live in a world that has Octobers.
The ability to feel things is something we should cherish. To be able to feel absolute bliss and joy, as well as heartbreak and sadness. The happiness and the hurt we feel all play an important role in our lives.

The feeling of slipping into something soft and comfy as soon as we get home is sheer bliss.

This one is a no-brainer. Bring on the puppies, please!
Truthfully life would be a lot more challenging without it! Be grateful for the electricity that keeps us warm, fed and lights up those dark nights!
19. The Challenges Life Has Given You
Not every day can be filled with sunshine and rainbows. Appreciate the challenges life has given you, for those have made you into the person you are today!
Sitting by a fire can be warm and mesmerizing! Nothing beats a bonfire on a chilly, dark evening!

The simplest form of bliss right here. We don’t truly appreciate our beds until it’s time to leave, or we don’t have one.
Life would be devoid of joy if humour didn’t exist!

Money can’t buy happiness, but financial security is a huge weight off your shoulders.
Whoever thought to have something sweet after dinner was a genius, and for them we should be grateful for!
