Below are 20 adorable Fall date ideas you need to try. Understandably, this year may look a little different in regards to there being a world pandemic, however these are still activities you can participate in. I’m hoping I can look back on writing this paragraph in a few years from now and say that we’ve come full circle and most of these things on the list we can do without a second thought! As always, stay safe out there loves! And of course, wear your masks!

1. Cider & Sunsets
We all know the sun starts to set just a little earlier in the fall, so take advantage of it while the sun doesn’t set at 4pm! Pack a thermos full of hot apple cider, snag some cozy blankets and find yourself the perfect perch to watch the sun go down.
2. Go Apple Picking
Nothing says fall like filling a bag full of delicious, crisp apples. Almost a right of passage for any couple, it’s time to head to the apple orchard and cross it off your bucket list! Of course, this may be the place to snag the perfect fall couples photo! Just think of all the pies you can bake now!
3. Share a Hay Ride
Whether you pick a haunted one or not, going on a hay ride is never a bad time! Get cozy and hold onto each other tight (especially if you chose a haunted one)!
4. Visit a Pumpkin Patch
Like apple picking, visiting a pumpkin patch is pretty much a right of passage for any relationship. Head out to the patch and pick few pumpkins. Don’t be afraid to indulge in a few of the fall treats they have – you can’t go wrong with a pumpkin flavoured treat!
5. Go For a Drive Through the Trees
Hop in the car and GO! Find yourself a route that takes you through the fall foliage. Play some classic fall tunes, turn up the heat and maybe even grab yourself the perfect drink to take along. See where the roads take you and enjoy the fall scenery.

In my opinion there’s never a bad time to go wine tasting, and fall is no exception! Sample some delicious wine and go for a walk through the vineyard! See if they have any seasonal samples for you to try!

Who can resist a fall festival? Take a look at your local roster and see what’s going on in your area! Who can say no to pumpkins and hayrides, am I right? Get in the fall spirit and throw on your best flannel and away you go!

Fall is personally my favourite time of year to hike! You get the benefits of all of the beautiful scenery and there are no bugs! Bundle up with your boo and head out on an adventure. Enjoy the crisp fall air and breathtaking views!

Whether you’re heading out camping or live just outside the city, throw a bonfire on and get cozy! Marshmallows optional of course, but nothing beats the smell of a bonfire in the cool autumn air!

10. Carve Pumpkins Together
Who can carve the scariest? The silliest? Carve the pumpkins you already picked up from your pumpkin patch date and let your creative juices flow! Place them on the porch after to show them off!
11. Go Horseback Riding

Local produce is always the way to go! Support your local farmer’s and head to the nearest farmer’s market! You’ll find a plethora of fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as some homemade goodies. You can usually find an array of sauces, spreads and homemade treats at the market too!

Blankets, snacks and each other are all you’re going to need! Line up a scary movie marathon and see who can hold out the longest!

You’ve got some great ideas here. Last night, we actually combined a number of these in one fun evening. We sat around the fire pit in our back yard enjoying a warm fire well into the night, listening to some of our favourite music. Then, we took my husband’s cast iron dutch oven and made homemade apple cider on the fire. It was amazing!
