5 EASY TO MAKE THREE-INGREDIENT BAKED BRIE RECIPES
Here are 5 easy to make three-ingredient baked brie recipes you can easily throw together. Whether you are more team sweet or savory, there’s something for everyone on this list! These recipes were meant to be simple but flavourful, and are ones you can keep handy if you need to host in a pinch!
1.Sun Dried Tomato, Garlic & Oregano
This one is a fan favourite – my friends ask for this dish everytime we have a potluck together! This one is super easy to make & full of savory flavour!
YOU WILL NEED: brie of your choosing, sun dried tomatoes (preferably the ones that come in oil), 1-2 cloves of garlic, oregano (dried or fresh).
STEP 1: Chop sun dried tomatoes finely. Finely chop garlic (unless you have a garlic crusher – they are life savers!). If you’re using fresh oregano, you can chop this up now too.
STEP 2: In a small pan, pour about 1 TBSP of oil into the pan. Turn heat on low. Add crushed garlic and simmer. Once garlic is soft you can add in sun dried tomatoes. Allow to simmer together for a few minutes. Throw in oregano just towards the end and turn off the heat – allow to sit together in the pan.
STEP 3: Preheat oven to 350F. Slice the top off of your brie and place in an oven safe dish. Bake for 15 mins (or until melted and soft on the inside, every oven is different so keep an eye on your brie).
STEP 4: Take brie out and turn off oven. Add your sun dried tomato and garlic mixture on top of brie. Stick back in oven for a few minutes. Serve with warm baguette or dippables of your choosing.
2.Blueberry, Honey & Lemon Zest
This sweet take on brie is the perfect addition to any table spread, or a great appetizer to wow a crowd!
YOU WILL NEED: blueberries (fresh or frozen), honey, 1 lemon.
STEP 1: in a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of blueberries, 2/3 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of water, and lemon zest. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and then simmer for 10 minutes.
STEP 2: Preheat oven to 350F. Slice the top off of your brie and place in an oven safe dish. Bake for 15 mins (or until melted and soft on the inside, every oven is different so keep an eye on your brie).
STEP 3: pour blueberry mixture over brie, drizzle with a touch of honey and sprinkle a bit of lemon zest overtop. Serve with warm bread or a dippable of your choice!
IN A PINCH: don’t have blueberries or strapped for time? Substitute blueberries for blueberry jam – scoop a dollop onto brie while it’s still in the oven, drizzle with honey and lemon zest just before you’re about to serve.

3.Maple, Bacon & Pecan
You already know how delicious this one is going to taste! To be fair, bacon kind of cheats and elevates everything – but that’s besides the point!
YOU WILL NEED: bacon, maple syrup, pecans
STEP 1: cook bacon in a pan and allow to cool before chopping into smaller pieces. Toast pecans in oven – spread out loosely on a baking sheet and bake at 350F for 5-10 minutes. Allow to cool before finely chopping.
STEP 2: Preheat oven to 350F. Slice the top off of your brie and place in an oven safe dish. Bake for 15 mins (or until melted and soft on the inside, every oven is different so keep an eye on your brie).
STEP 3: Sprinkle a hearty layer of your chopped bacon and pecans over top, drizzle with maple syrup. Toss back in oven for 1-2 mins before serving. Serve with warm bread or a dippable of your choice!
4.Cranberry, Orange & Rosemary
This one is a little more on the Christmas side of festive, but you can still enjoy this refreshingly delicious baked brie all year round!
YOU WILL NEED: cranberries (fresh or frozen), orange & rosemary sprigs
STEP 1: in a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of cranberries with 2/3 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of water, chopped rosemary and orange zest.
STEP 3: pour cranberry mixture over brie, drizzle with a touch of honey and sprinkle a bit of lemon zest overtop. Serve with warm bread or a dippable of your choice!
5.Caramelized Onions, Roasted Garlic & Cracked Pepper
The ingredients speak for themselves – this savoury baked brie will be the talk of all of your guests. This one is a little more complex, so I saved it for last!
STEP 1: Caramelize the onions. This is a step that takes a bit of time, but you can batch prep your caramelized onions and save some for other dishes! I recommend checking out this blog post for tips on how to caramelize onions!
STEP 2: Roast the garlic: peel off outer layers of garlic (leave skin around individual cloves). Slice the top off of the garlic (so inside of cloves are exposed). Preheat oven to 400F. Place garlic cut side up on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and cover in tin foil. Bake for 30-40 mins (depending on your oven).
STEP 3: Preheat oven to 350F. Slice the top off of your brie and place in an oven safe dish. Bake for 15 mins (or until melted and soft on the inside, every oven is different so keep an eye on your brie).
STEP 4: combine caramelized onions, roasted garlic (remove soft, roasted clove from skins and discard skins) and freshly cracked black pepper. Pile this heavenly mixture on top of your brie & stick back in oven for 1-2 mins. Serve with warm bread or a dippable of your choice!

Dippables
Of course, you’re going to need something to help that delicious, gooey brie get into your mouth! Here are a list of dippables you can use to facilitate that process!
Bread
A classic way to enjoy brie is when it’s paired with soft baguette. Or, if you’re feeling the need for something just as hearty but crunchy, try toasting your baguette before serving!
Fruit
Apples and pears both make great choices when it comes to dipping into brie. My personal recommendation is for green apples! Firmer pears work best for this.
Crackers
Crackers can be a great addition to any baked brie. I love using Mary’s Crackers, Raincoast Crisps or Cheese Sticks (long twisted cheese crackers).
TIP: You can choose one dippable for your brie, or if you’re feeling fancy you can create a plate of a few different options and allow your guests to experiment with what tastes best to them!
Wine Pairings
Because brie is a soft, creamy type of cheese, you’re going to want to pair wines that enhance those textures and flavours. I recommend checking out this Wine Pairing Guide to learn how to pair wine and cheese!
